ALTA-MONT 30
ANNUAL RAILROAD PHOTOGRAPHERS WEEKEND
October 8, 9, & 10, 2010

Richard Yaremko & D. Larry Zeutschel advise that the dates for the 30th Annual Rail Photographer Weekend will be October 8, 9, and 10, 2010.  The venue is the Signal Room at the Izaak Walton Inn at Essex, Montana.  Cost to attend will be $20 per person in U.S. Funds

Maintaining our pleasant environment for the participants, this year's event will be capped at 50 people.  When our group decided to continue using the Izaak Walton we made an arrangement to continue using the the Signal Room as long as the majority of attendees stay at the Izaak Walton.  That means preference must be given to hotel guests as ticket holders to the slide show.  Please contact the Izaak Walton and ask for the Alta-Mont weekend rate. 

To receive your ticket, please respond by e-mail, phone, or letter as soon as possible, at which time your ticket will be issued.  You will need to present this ticket during the registration process at the door, where the attendance fee will be collected and the roster of presenters is determined.  If you are traveling with other potential attendees, you will need to respond for them as well, in case they are not on our contact list.  As well, we need to know whether your program will be slide or digital. 

For digital presenters we have a successful format that your program must meet so it is compatible with our equipment.  Those standards are the same as last year and are posted for your review.  No exceptions will be made. 

Your order of registration determines your position in the program starting Friday evening and continuing through Saturday and Sunday evenings. Please limit your presentations to NO MORE THAN 30 ORIGINAL SLIDES or DIGITAL IMAGES.  We expect to start projecting by 9:00 PM Friday.  Once we have finished a cycle of presenters for that evening we will start a new one.  Any questions?  Contact us.
